My name is Dr. Ashley Vrcic and I have a passion for ensuring the health of families starting from pre-conception. My educational focus has been on prenatal care and pediatrics, and I have furthered this knowledge by attending multiple seminars and acquiring certifications through the International Chiropractic Pediatrics Association (ICPA). I am certified in the Webster Technique. I hold a Perinatal Certification from the ICPA as well as am Certified by the Academy Council of Chiropractic Pediatrics. I am also an International Board Certified Lactation Consultant. My adjusting still is known as ‘manual’ or ‘diversified’ with a combination of activator and drop table techniques! My adjusting can be as gentle as you’d like or as hands on as you’d like. I am here to help you have the pregnancy/birth you desire and thrive as a family unit!

My journey towards massage therapy began after years of sports left me full of injuires, tightness, and in need of relief. Discovering the power of therapeutic touch not only helped me recover but showed me how beneficial it can be for the body and mind. Now, I’m passionate about sharing those same benefits with others, helping clients move better, feel better, and live more comfortably so that they can do the things they love most As a ‘scrunchy’ mom, I lean into natural wellness and holistic approaches—massage fits right in as a beautiful, non-invasive way to support healing. I love exploring the most natural alternatives whenever possible, however I’ll never turn down a cookie.
